How to Order on Rynstore
Use this guide to place a game top-up order on Rynstore.site. Checkout availability, package prices, and payment methods are controlled by the shop and may change. Review the live checkout before paying.
- Choose a game. Open the game you want from the Rynstore game catalog, then choose a package that matches your game account and region.
- Enter and check your player details. Enter only the fields requested on that game's page, such as User ID and Zone ID, UID, Player ID and region, character/server ID, Riot ID, or Roblox username. Check every character carefully. If the page shows a matching account or profile, confirm it is yours before continuing.
- Review the package and total. Confirm the selected item, account details, displayed PHP price, and checkout email. Correct mistakes before submitting. A completed top-up may not be reversible.
- Create your order and pay at checkout. Continue only if checkout is open. Pay using one of the payment options and the exact instructions shown for your order. Do not send money to a different account or use payment instructions from an unrelated message.
- Wait for payment verification. Follow the order page's instructions for submitting payment details or a receipt. Sending a receipt does not automatically confirm payment. Do not pay a second time while the first payment is being checked.
- Track your order. Keep the order reference. Use Check order with the order reference and checkout email, or sign in to view order history. For help, contact Rynstore through the published support page and include the order reference.
Processing time: Rynstore handles top-ups manually. The usual estimate is 30 minutes to 1 hour after payment verification. Busy periods, incorrect account details, and payment or delivery issues can extend this time.
Account and Payment Safety
- Rynstore does not need your game password, OTP, email password, or GCash/Maya PIN to place a top-up order.
- Use only the payment choices displayed by the Rynstore checkout. Available methods depend on the shop's current configuration.
- Keep your order reference and payment receipt until the order is complete. Never publish receipts or account details publicly.
- If you entered the wrong player ID or the order appears delayed, contact support before creating or paying for another order.
