Which games are listed?
All listed games have package pages. The owner sets live prices and product availability.
Payments
Which payments are supported?
QR Ph, GCash and Maya are the only planned payment options.
Is there a store wallet?
No. Rynstore has no coin balance or wallet.
Why can I not pay yet?
Checkout opens when the owner configures a payment QR and activates the catalog. Supplier API access is not required.
What if a payment is missing?
Keep your receipt and reference number. Do not pay twice.
What if payment remains pending?
Keep the order reference and payment receipt for support.
Orders
How can I track an order?
Use your order reference and checkout email on Check Order, or sign in to view your orders.
How long is delivery?
Manual processing usually takes 30 minutes to 1 hour after payment verification. Busy periods may take longer.
What if completion is disputed?
Check your game balance and contact support with your order reference.
Can account details be changed?
Correct them before payment. Fulfilled top-ups may be irreversible.
What if delivery fails?
Support must investigate before retrying or refunding.
Refunds
When are refunds available?
Refund eligibility depends on payment and delivery status.
How are refunds returned?
Through an available payment channel; recipient details may be required.
Are refunds instant?
No. Review and provider processing can take time.
What if refund details are missing?
Processing cannot finish without required recipient information.

Where is this form’s data saved?
Submitted orders and receipts are stored by Rynstore for payment review and delivery. They are not sent to a supplier API. Automated receipt emails are not enabled.
